MARBLE AND GRANITE RESTORATION

On heavily worn or damaged stone, where resurfacing is needed. Diamond abrasives are used in water to remove scratches and damage. This dust free method of grinding creates virtually no mess. After the grinding process the stone can be restored to a new honed finish or brought to a high gloss polish.

DEEP CLEANING

Intensive stone cleaners in combination with specific equipment are used to bring soil and stains to the surface where they can be rinsed away. An additional cleaning process can be employed to restore heavily soiled or stained grout.

CONCRETE POLISHING AND DENSIFYING

Concrete floors have several finishing options. One of the most popular is to Grind and Polish the concrete. This process creates a smooth easy to care for finished surface. Densifier's and Hardeners are installed to protect the concrete finish and make it resistant to wear.

GROUT RECOLORING AND SEALING

By keeping the original tile and maintaining and restoring the grout, you can have that fresh, new clean floor that you have come to appreciate. We also have a variety of new colors to choose from if you are expecting an entirely different look.

STONE POLISHING

After the Stone is properly cleaned it can be polished to a radiant appearance. The polishing process removes minor flaws and scratches, while it deepens the shine and hardens the surface. This is accomplished by polishing the stone itself resulting in a spectacular long lasting shine.

DEEP CLEANING, HONING AND SEALING

This process removes minor scratches and flaws, leaving the stone with a consistent sheen.

SCRATCH REMOVAL

On heavily worn or damaged stone, resurfacing is needed. The dust free method of diamond grinding creates virtually no mess, while it removes scratches and damage. The newly revealed surface is then machined to the desired gloss.

LIPPAGE REMOVAL

Stone floors with uneven tiles can be machine ground to remove lip page (high edges). The surface is then finished to the desired gloss.

HARD FLOOR MAINTENANCE

Frequency of overall cleaning and polishing may vary depending on the level and type of traffic as well as the condition to which your floor surface is exposed.

SEALING

A sealed surface stays clean longer and is easier to care for. There are a number of different types of sealers:

VINYL, LAMINATE AND TILE DEMOLITION

A proper floor tile installation of any type begins with a clean and clear concrete slab. Having this clean slab before your tile installation will be ideal and we have the appropriate skilled technicians to do such a task.

AFTER WORK HOURS

We will gladly work around your needs of your business. Our Stone Technicians will be available to restore your floor in off hours or overnight so you can operate your business during normal business hours.
